Batman v Superman: Dawn Of Justiceis finally in theaters and I have mixed feelings about it, that’s why I’m not a film critic. But I do know what I like and what I don’t. There are many fans that will watch this film and love it, and many that will not, plus a few on the fence.
The film will probably make some good money and have a sequel in the waiting. And for those of you, who want to see what critics are saying, check out mashable.com.

La Reina del Sur with Kate del Castillo was a huge hit on Telemundo a few years back and now we have Queen of the South, a new series on the USA Network. And our friend Dave Rodriguez has directed two episodes.
Director Dave Rodriguez
Based on the best-selling book La Reina Del Sur by Arturo Pérez-Reverte, Queen of the South tells the powerful story of Teresa Mendoza (Alice Braga). When her drug-dealing boyfriend is unexpectedly murdered in Mexico, Teresa is forced to go on the run and seek refuge in America, where she teams with an unlikely figure from her past to bring down the leader of the very drug trafficking ring that has her on the run. In the process, she learns the tools of the trade and strategically positions herself to become the leader of the Cartel.
Also starring Hemky Madera, Justina Machado, Rafael Amaya, Veronica Falcón, and Annabelle Jones.
Queen of the South series is 13-episode and a premiere date has not yet been set.
The Bible is adapted to modern times in order to share the story of Christ to a new generation.
Actor-singer Jencarlos Canela (Telenovela) plays Jesus in FOX’s The Passion Live.
With the monumental role Canela said he is honored to be able to take the role in such a powerful story and excited to show the world how it has stayed respectful to scripture, but still modernized with pop songs everyone knows.
Canela is thrilled that he can share this story that is supposed to be unifying in a way that can bring every generation together and show that no matter how people dress, what their style is or ethnicity, a relationship with God can be had by all.
Jesus Figueroa and Jencarlos Canela
Through Canela’s words you can hear the passion he has for the role and the excitement he has to be able to perform it live, for the most part, and include all the amazing actors on the cast as well as the people of New Orleans.
Jencarlos Canela
In a time when searching for something to watch on TV there can be seen reports of terrorism, ISIS, war or the trouble with law enforcement in the United States, Canela said it’s necessary to show people that there is more and that there is good.
The performers involved along with Canela are Tyler Perry, Trisha Yearwood, Chris Daughtry, Prince Royce and Seal.
The third film in The Divergent series, based on Veronica Roth’s third book, Allegiant, is being broken up into two films. We caught up with three of its stars and the producers of the film.
Shailene Woodley talked to us about her character “Tris,” her feelings about her, and the ending of the franchise; they’ll be filming the last film this summer. She also talked a little about her upcoming role on HBO’s series, Big Little Lies, with Reese Witherspoon and Nicole Kidman among other things.
Theo James spoke to us from London. He said it was easy to get back into the role of “Four” and that he did his stunts and had the bruises to prove it. He even told us about other films he’s worked on, including The Secret Scripture, and working in Morocco on Backstabbing for Beginners.
Zoë Kravitz, who we saw in Mad Max: Fury Road last year along with Insurgent, talked to us about being in franchises, and how she feels her character “Christina” has calmed down compared to the two previous films in the series. She even told us why she enjoys doing independent films compared to big blockbusters. And she’s in the studio with her band working on their second album.

The producers, Douglas Wick and Lucy Fisher, came in and shook everyone’s hands before they sat down. This begged the question: were they running for office? That gave us a nice chuckle. Wick and Fisher have been the producers on the franchise from the beginning. They filled us in on some of the early things they realized about the young actors and what was ahead for them…and how Kate Winslet wanted to be in this film also. It was some good insight to the making of the films.

Robert Schwentke directed the Lionsgate’s sci-fi film. It also stars Naomi Watts, Octavia Spencer, Jeff Daniels, Ansel Elgort, and Miles Teller.
The trailer for Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children is wild; the film comes from visionary director Tim Burton. It’s his new fantasy adventure based upon the best-selling novel and it looks amazing.

Jake must figure out who is real, who can be trusted, and who he really is.
