Warcraft in Theaters Now Plus More

WarcraftThere’s a lot to like of Warcraft, visually it’s fantastic! For gamers and fanboys, they will enjoy that. And it holds up fine as a stand-alone movie for those who aren’t familiar with the game.

The storyline is interesting even thought the dialogue at times seemed cheesy. And I can see a sequel in the near future.

We got to sit in on a press conference with some of the actors and the director, who talked about the whole process of making the film. And you can listen to it here.

We also took part in a friendly soccer match in celebration of the release of Warcraft and LA Copa America Centenario. The event took place at the Boys and Girls Club of East Los Angeles, where the kids colored and recreated some of the characters of the film; and they built their own interpretation of a castle too.

I think The Conjuring 2 does its job and more. I personally jumped at least three times that I can remember.

In this film, the Warren’s, travel to north London to help a single mother raising four children alone in a house plagued by malicious spirits. And it’s one of their most terrifying paranormal investigations.

Luis Guzmán, actor and youth advocate, has a new film opening on June 10, Puerto Ricans in Paris. A few of us got to talk to him about the film and why he wanted to do this project. We also talked about his thoughts on Latinos and Hollywood. The conversation was fantastic and we didn’t want to stop. Also starring Rosario Dawson, Rosie Perez, Miriam Shor, Frédéric Anscombe, and directed by Ian Edelman.

We caught up with stand-up comedian and actor George Lopez, we had a conversation about his past shows and what he hopes people will get from his new show, Lopez. We had some laughs and talked about bringing back the siesta. We even touched on the diversity we’ve been seeing on television in front and behind the camera.

Now, we get to congratulate George on his second season of Lopez, which was announced by TV Land a few days ago.

One of the things I noticed about Lopez the show is, that even though it is about a stand-up comedian’s life, he’s not always on. Cause most comedians are usually low key, shy or quiet people.

On June 7, the Disney animation, Zootopia will be available on Bluray, DVD and Digital HD. And with the release of the hit movie, we got the chance to talk to one of the animators, Jorge E. Ruiz Cano and Raymond S. Persi, a story artist at Disney, who did the voice of “Flash” the Sloth. And we also spoke to two of the film directors, Rich Moore and Byron Howard.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out Of The Shadows

tmnt2Cowabunga! The Ninja’s Rule! Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out Of The Shadows, the sequel to the 2014 hit film Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles is a fun film to watch. There was something warming to this film I didn’t expect. I think the fans; parents and the kids will enjoy it. And for me, the only weakness I found was, the alien was annoying.

Directed by Dave Green and starring Megan Fox, Will Arnett, Alan Ritchson, Noel Fisher, Pete Ploszek, Jeremy Howard, Stephen Amell, Tyler Perry, Brian Tee, Laura Linney, Sheamus, and Gary Anthony Williams.

The film is in theaters now.
