We love Rosario Dawson in just about everything she does and we even thought Katherine Heigl did pretty well as a psycho in this psychological thriller.
I’ve seen many of these films before: Fatal Attraction, Mommy Dearest, Obsessed, and a few others, in between…and all of them much more entertaining. I really wanted to like this film but it had many issues for me. After listening to longtime producer and first-time director Denise Di Novi and the actors talk about the film, I realize the issue I had with the film was the editing.

The plot: Barely coping with the end of her marriage, Tessa Connover (Heigl) learns that her ex-husband David is now happily engaged to Julia (Dawson). Trying to settle into her new life, Julia believes she has finally met the man of her dreams, the man who can help her forget her troubled past. Soon, Tessa’s jealousy starts to consume her, and she will stop at nothing to turn Julia’s paradise into the ultimate nightmare.
