Michael Peña part of “The Good Doctor,” in theaters Now

Michael Peña is always busy–ALWAYS. And we’ll see the latest evidence of his determination this Friday, when The Good Doctor finally arrives in theaters. This long-delayed medical drama starring Orlando Bloom and a host of lesser lights  Orlando Bloom beats Michael’s other movie for Fall to the big screen by just a couple of weeks: End of Watch, where he co-stars with  Jake Gyllenhaal, will hit theaters on September 21. Unfortunately, his other film for the year, Gangster Squad, has been timeshifted into 2013 because of an uncomfortable similarity between one of its key scenes and the recent theater shootings in Arizona.  Still: Michael keeps working. He’s got four more films slated for 2013 release, including a turn as Cesar Chavez in DIego Luna‘s Chavez, where he’ll be appearing with the likes of Rosario Dawson and America Ferrera.
