Greg Garcia, Emmy Award-winning creator of My Name is Earl over on NBC, has developed two new concepts for CBS: a single-camera project that’s still very much under raps, and a ‘quirky comedy’ created with Danielle Sanchez-Witzel called Capturing Crazy, the story of “a woman in her mid-20s who turns her documentary camera on her own family to prove once and for all that they’re crazy.” Sanchez-Witzel is another Earl vet.
